I would say that I was extremely satisfied with all works carried out. You and your builders were polite and courteous at all times and works carried out were to the highest standard.
I was having soundproofing fitted due to a problem with a neighbour and you treated this with not only sensitivity but patience in answering a list of questions and putting my mind at ease.
Having been available to watch the process from beginning to end I was amazed at how thorough this process was. Builders answered questions as they went along and cleaned up at regular intervals leaving no mess at all.
I would definitely use your services again and recommend you to anyone looking for a similar service. Having got a previous and cheaper quote from a builder for soundproofing I decided not to use him because he didn't have the technical background you have and couldn't answer any of my questions which is so important because people aren't going to need soundproofing unless for a resolution of a specific problem. It would have been cheaper but it wouldn't have resolved my problem by any means.

I Am pleased to say there is a noticeable difference in that I now cannot hear any talking/coughing etc coming from next door's bedroom which is good news. I'm not sure how their TV will be as they don't use it very often but this is a definite improvement.

Airborne Noise
Airborne noise has been significantly reduced throughout the whole flat.
This has made a big difference.
Impact Noise
Impact noise overall is also reduced. The main effects are noticed in thebedrooms and living room. The sound of normal walking around, while it still is noticeable as we expected, is much more muffled and distant and
really quite tolerable! so that's great.
In the hall, kitchen and dining areas, impact noise has been reduced to a lesser extent, but in the main, this is quite bearable when we are talking about
normal walking around.
